Does Kekhoon has a shop?

Yes. You can fix an appointment to visit our shop. Alternatively you can shop online daily 24/7 as we are one of the largest ecommerce shop in Singapore. We can easily be contacted at email and phone for any assistance required. We will always try to response promptly and reply all email enquiries within 3 working days.

How can I ensure the product send to me will be in good condition?

We check every single item before we ship out to make sure that it is up to expectations. You may find some of the items are opened before when you receive it but it is mainly for quality check procedure.

What kind of payment options does Kekhoon offer?

We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payment.

What kind of delivery options does Kekhoon offer?

Home Delivery – $15 delivery charge for purchase below S$160, FREE local delivery for purchase over S$160.

International Delivery – postage according to Singapore Post, postage estimation will be done before order is processed. Minimum purchase of USD100 is required.

Can I customize the special package?

For Dowry package, you can select your choice of tea set, dining set, prosperity lamp and descendant pails set. For other package, please contact supportyou@kekhoon.com before placing the order so that we could work out the new package price for you.

Can I buy from Kekhoon without creating an account?

Yes, you can. Simply checkout as a guest after you have done your shopping with us. All your personal and address information will not be kept in our customer database but it will only be attached to the order details.

Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?

Yes, you can. However, there are terms and conditions for this. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information on this.

I can't find a particular product/item I want from Kekhoon online store, what can I do?

Kindly drop us a message at our Enquiry page or send us email at supportyou@kekhoon.com for further enquiries. We will try our best to assist you or recommend you an alternative.

How do I return back the Wedding Basket?

We will deliver the Guo Da Li packages (non promotional packages) at least one day before Guo Da Li. You can return the Wedding basket to our shop after three days.
